I lost 13lbs these last 8 weeks but my favorite part of the challenge would have to be the challenge itself.   1. Can I Do This Challenge Even At Home (No Gym Access)? Yes! We have at home, dumbbell only programs! MANY people (my own 1-on-1 clients, group coaching, & previous challenge participants) have done at home workouts & made A LOT of progress!

  2. Can you join the challenge if you do not have FaceBook? Absolutely! You will still be assigned a Group (so that we can organize the groups/prize winners/coaches) BUT you will still be able to win prizes (if you are participating/communicating through email) anddd you will receive all updates/tips through email each week!

  3. Do You Work Around Injuries? If there’s an exercise you cannot do (previous injury/no equipment/etc), please let us know! We’re happy to work with you on alternate exercises! There is always a swap we can make!

  4. Do I HAVE To Weigh Myself? You don’t HAVE to - Yes, it can be helpful to have more data on your progress. We recommend weighing yourself every 2 weeks BUT it’s not something you HAVE to do. We just want to make sure you’re tracking progress in some way (taking progress photos every 4 weeks, taking measurements every 2 weeks, etc)!

  5. Can I Ask Questions? FOR SURE! We’re here to HELP YOU - ask away - in the FB groups or through email. We want you to be the most successful making progress!

  6. Should I Still Sign Up If I’m Traveling For 1-2 Weeks During The Challenge? Completely up to you BUT the other 6-7 weeks you’re not traveling, you can make TONS of progress. Anddd you will have all of the resources (workouts, nutrtion goals/guides,etc) to help you make progress for the long term! We’ve had people travel during challenges before & still found the challenge to be really helpful!

  7. Do You Have Vegan/Vegetarian Options? Yes! We have Vegan/Vegetarian friendly meal ideas, grocery lists, anddd happy to help you in any way!

  8. Can I do the challenge if I’m NOT in the US? We would LOVE if you did! We’ve had challenge participants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, and MANY other places! As long as you have WiFi/Access to your email, you can do the challenge!

  9. Can I do the challenge if I’m a Woman? Of course!!! About 65% of the previous challenge participants have been women! The challenge (workouts/goals) are tailored to YOU! Also! We have 2 different women coaches as a part of the challenge as well!
